Les Glycines disposent d’une bibliothèque de recherche rassemblant divers fonds privés constitués au long des XIXe et XXe siècles. Les domaines couverts sont les suivants : l'histoire de l'Algérie et du Maghreb, la géographie, l’archéologie, l’architecture, la littérature maghrébine de langue arabe et de langue française, la cartographie de l’Algérie et du Maghreb, la linguistique et l’étude des dialectes maghrébins arabes et berbères, l’anthropologie, l’ethnographie, les études islamiques et le dialogue interreligieux. Le fonds comprend environ 90 000 notices et plus de 1 100 titres de revues et périodiques. Le catalogue est accessible en ligne depuis 2013.

Deux legs d’importance sont venus récemment enrichir le fonds documentaire ; en 2008, celui de la bibliothèque du professeur André Mandouze, latiniste, historien de l’Afrique antique et spécialiste de patristique latine, puis en 2011 le legs de la bibliothèque du professeur Charles-Robert Ageron, historien de l’Algérie contemporaine et des décolonisations. 

يحوز المركز مكتبة تضم أرصدة مكتبية مختلفة تم جمعها طيلة القرنين 19 و20  و تشمل المجالات التالية : تاريخ الجزائر و المغرب، علم الجغرافيا، علم الآثار، الهندسة المعمارية، الأدب المغربي باللغتين العربية و الفرنسية، مجموعة خرائط للجزائر و المغرب، الدراسات الإسلامية، اللسانيات و دراسات في اللهجات العربية و الأمازيغية في المغرت العربي، علم الأنثروبولوجيا و الأنثروبولوجيا الثقافية. تتضمن حوالي 90.000 مختصر و أكثر من 1.100 عنوان لمجلات و دوريات.

فهرس مكتبة القليسين موجود على شبكة الإنترنت منذ 2013.

تدعمت المكتبة بتركتين قيمتين؛ الأولى منهما في سنة 2008 للأستاذ أندري مندوز، عالم في اللغة اللاتينية و مؤرخ إفريقيا القديمة و متخصص في علم حياة معلمي الكنيسة اللاتينيين و تآليفهم، والثانية سنة 2011 للأستاذ شارل-روبير أجيرون، مؤرخ الجزائر المعاصرة و حركات التحرر. 

Les Glycines have a research library bringing together various private funds established during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. These collections comprise unique primary research materials, among them studies of linguistics and Maghribi Arabic and Amazigh dialects; anthropology and, in particular, ethnography; geography and cartography, including an important collection of maps; archaeology; architecture; Maghribi literature in both Arabic and French; Islamic studies. The library includes about 90,000 records and more than 1,100 titles of journals and periodicals. The online catalogue is available since 2013.

Two important legacies have recently enriched the holdings : in 2008 the Library of Professor André Mandouze, Latin scholar, historian of ancient Africa and Latin patristic specialist, and in 2011, the legacy of the library of Professor Charles Robert Ageron historian of contemporary Algeria and decolonization.
